The Horace Smith Fund – College Sophomores and Juniors

Often times, second and third year undergraduate students require more financial assistance than first year students. These awards are made to students currently attending college that wish to continue their studies. They must be residents or former qualified residents that graduated from public or private secondary schools in Hampden County, Massachusetts. The awards are given based on school records, college entrance examinations, general accomplishments, recommendations and financial needs. The annual award is $2,500.

The deadline for filing applications is December 20, 2012.
